Marco Istasy

Marco Istasy is a first-year medical student and researcher at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. Prior to that, he obtained his Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto with a specialist in Neuroscience and a Master of Applied of Science at the University of Toronto with the Department of Biomedical Engineering. His current research endeavours, at the confluence of artificial intelligence and neurosurgical innovation, are affiliated with multiple institutions and labs across University Health Network, the Hospital for Sick Children, and the Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology and Society.
